Best Wine Tour I’ve been on!

Lars did an amazing job sharing fun and informative facts about the Paso Robles Wine Country. We did this tour as a team building day for our sales team. Everyone had a fabulous day and commented on how much they enjoyed the tour and that Lars made this this most fun day of wine tasting they had experienced. Thanks Toast Tours!

Fabulous Wine Tour!!

This is the first wine tour I’ve done and it was nothing short amazing. Kristina made sure I had all the information I needed and answered all of my questions. She was very friendly! It’s also worth pointing out that we were the only two who booked the tour for that day, as it was the day after Christmas and still, Lars was more than happy to be our tour guide. From the moment we met him, we could tell this wasn’t a job for him so much as a passion and it really showed! We both learned so much from him about the area, the history of the wineries, tips on how to get the most out of a tasting- he even packed a delicious cheese and cracker platter as well as waters for the drive. The first two wineries we visited were both spectacular family owned “boutique” wineries. We got tours of the properties and barrel rooms and the guides in each were just as passionate and informative as Lars about their work. We then got to choose our next winery from a list of his recommendations before hitting our last area called Tin City- a very cool community of small wineries, breweries, and restaurants. The pace of the tour was great, we didn’t feel rushed at all. Lars was really personable and we were relaxed the whole time! Such a seamless experience, we highly highly recommend Toast Tours!

Loved it – personal, professional and fun!

We had a terrific time with Toast Tours! It was great to soak up the lovely views while listening to a colorful narrative of California history on our way to Hearst Castle. After the tour we enjoyed the wineries of Paso Robles and learned why this is THE wine region to visit. Our tour guide, Lars, was knowledgeable and friendly.

Book this tour – fabulous time!!!

I get nervous booking tours online – that said BOOK THIS TOUR! It was a great experience beginning to end. Had some questions before booking – Kristine responded within the hour. Booked tour and Toast kept me posted on pick up and timelines. Lars our driver knew everything about Cali and Hearst. The castle is something you need to see – not your average museum tour. And then be sure to hit lunch across the highway – ocean side. Delicious! Lars heard my husband liked brandy, so change of plans and we were off to Paso Port we went for a fantastic tasting – wine makers wife was behind the counter sharing all sorts of stories. Then he took us an amazing vineyard for ATV ride about the grounds. Last a quick stop and Tin Ally which is pretty cool. Just blew our minds with his knowledge, friendly conversations, and attention to detail. Seriously, have you booked your tour? Cause you don’t want to miss out – and they do sell out. DO IT!

Amazing!!

We booked the Hearst Castle and wine tour. Lars was our guide and he is super knowledgeable about the region and the history of Paso Robles and California. The wine houses that we went to were really beautifull and had amazing wines. Lars is also really knowledgeable about wine. After that we also went to Tin City which is a super fun location. Toast tour provided us with a great map of the area. Lots of wine places and also a couple of breweries. We went to the cider house and a taster plate which was also super delicious. Thanks Lars for the amazing experience and we will definitely come back to Toast Tours when we will be back in California.

Perfect day

Lars was our guide and could not have been better. We had been to one of the wineries Toast had scheduled so there was a quick reshuffle and then we were off. We like small production, highly focused wineries and the tour took us to Parrish ( walk out to the vines and talk about pruning)
Tolo ( ultra small using native yeast techniques and they have a great Cab Franc) Tablas Creek ( larger winery but good history focus) and lastly Tin City where we could have spent longer but we were wined out😉. We love Field Recordings and we’re delighted at Etta next door, an artisan pasta purveyor.
You cannot go wrong with this tour company.

Sensorio was amazing. Learned so much about wine from Lars @ToastTours

We arrived on a Friday and after checking into our hotel we traveled to Sensorio. Sensorio proved to be everything I expected. It is gorgeous, fabulous and so fantastical. One word of caution – wear layers, gloves, hat and scarf – I froze as after 70 degree day it turned to 30 degree evening. Lars from Toast Tours picked us up at our hotel the next morning. Gave us a detailed description of the itinerary before we set off. On the drive to the Hearst Castle, we learned about the history of the area, micro climates and a lot about wine tasting (all information was fascinating). Hearst castle was interesting and unique, but what made this tour fabulous was Lars. He stopped on the way to Hearst castle so we could see zebras frolicking in the wild. He stopped so we could take picturesque views of the ocean in the mist. After Hearst castle he gave us a lunch option and we chose the ocean view – best choice ever. Then Lars stopped so we could see elephant seals – herds of them. We then visited 2 boutique wineries for wine tasting and bought some wine. We finished this full day with a visit to Tin City – a very unique concept. We did some more wine tasting and had some sheep milk ice cream. I could not recommend this tour any higher. Lars and his love and knowledge of wine and Paso Robles are the key. We loved every minute!! One last comment – our hotel Oxford Suites was fabulous. We had a great buffet breakfast, a reception in the evening with up to 2 glasses of wine or bear, plus soup/salad bar (all included). The facilities were excellent. We used the gym daily, the hot tub, sauna and steam bath nightly which made for a VERY relaxing getaway.

He was so knowledgeable with the area and wines. He went out of his way to have everything perfect each time we got off the bus. He even took time after to make sure we had dinner recommendations.

If you are looking for a tour with an amazing guide I highly recommend this tour. I do not have any negative to say about it.

We visited Morro Bay and Paso Robles over Christmas this year and spent one day with Toast Tours. What an amazing time! Kristina was our guide and made sure we had a perfect day. She was so accommodating- we booked privately and were able to bring our dogs along- a dog bed, treats and water were in the bus waiting! Kristina hand selected wineries based on our preferences and shared much fascinating detail about the locations and the wines we were tasting. We added on a great stop to enjoy olive oil and then ended with a distillery. She picked us up and dropped us off at our lodging on top of it all! So- for a personalized tour that will be truly memorable, go with Kristina and Lars and Toast Tours.

Kristina our tour guide was amazing. After finding out that we had visited and become members of a winery that she had scheduled for our first stop, she said no, i want you to experience more of what paso robles has to offer so she called another winery to set up a tour there instead. Cheese and salami after the first stop, very knowledgeable of Paso Robles and the local wineries. overall an amazing day with her. Great Central Coast Tour

Such a great deal for an excellent tour. Tour is well organized and the driver is wonderful. It is nice to be able to see the various sites with a nice air conditioned/heated bus and without the hassle of driving/parking/designated driver. Hearst castle is beautiful and the tour was great (and is also included in the Toast Tour ticket price). Not only is there a beautiful view of the landscape but the art is also amazing to see. The stop for lunch in Cambria is the perfect break between Hearst Castle and wine tastings. Toured/tasted at three different wineries in Paso Robles which were all very good and fun to taste at. Easily able to purchase wine and Lars provided a box for us to ship it. The day was provided with snacks (including a cheese board) and water throughout. If you are touring the coast of California, I recommended stopping in Paso Robles and HIGHLY recommend Toast Tours.

It was nice to get out on the ATV to see and taste grapes with the wines they are in. I recommend this package and tour company!

Phenomenal Day

Our experience with Toast Tours was exceptional from the very beginning. Kristine was our first point of contact and her attention to detail was superb. She put together a tour specific for our group of 14. Our tour was a full day starting with pick up at our hotel, onto Hearst Castle, delicious picnic lunch @ Pasolivo in the grove, tour and tasting at Tablas Creek, and a final tasting at Parish Family. She was very attentive in the planning process, listening to what our group was interested in and then making suggestions for the day. Our guide/sommelier for the day, Lars, was equally as amazing. Surprise, they are husband and wife! They followed up with us on every step of the planning process, such great customer skills. Loved our day.

Amazing!!!!!!

My husband and I would highly recommend Toast Tour. We booked last minute. Christine call me back right away and she planned the tour based upon our tastes. She introduced us to different wines from the Rhône varieties. She is so knowledgeable about all aspects of wine staring with a lesson about “Terroir” which is how a particular region’s climate, soils and aspect (terrain) affect the taste of wine. My husband who does not typically like tours completely enjoyed the experience. Christine brings you lunch and had cheese and crackers with blueberries after our first stop. We felt like family (in a good way). She really took care of us and listened to our tastes and took us to places she thought we would like and she was spot on. I cannot say enough about our experience.

An Epic Custom Wine Tour Experiance

I should have posted this a few months ago. I am back In Paso this week for another show and I was reminiscing with my wife about how great the tour was that Lars & Kristina created for family back in June. I booked with them because Kristina was so responsive and accommodating. I asked them to set up a tour specifically for my adult daughters, my wife and I that would be more then a basic tasting tour. I really wanted my girls to see behind the scenes of wine making. Well they really delivered, Kristina took some time to discuss my interests and thoughts. Then she created a proposed itinerary prior to the trip. We arrived in Paso and settled in for the first day, on the second day we were picked up by Lars at the house we were renting. He proceeded to take us on an excellent wine tasting experience! We were greeted by wine makers and vineyard owners and taken on personal tours, we even had a barrel tasting with one of the owners. We were really given a great sense for the passion behind wine making. Later that evening my daughters commented on how much they learned, enjoyed, and how much differently they look at wine and the process behind it. I highly recommended Lars & Kristina at Toast tours. You can not go wrong! They truly have a passion for bringing the experience of wine making and tasting to a new level. It really shows in how they listen and created a tour to fit our personal interests. I have done other tours in the region and they were nice. This was the best tour I have experienced. Thank you Lars & Kristina for taking care of my Family and sharing your stories and opening the world of wine making to my daughters with your thoughtful customized Wine Experience (“Tour” does not say enough)
Cheers!

Awesome World-Class Tour with Lars

We recently did a Hearst Castle and Wine tour with Lars from Toast Tours. From the moment the tour started, we were having a blast. Lars is extremely knowledgeable about the local geography, geology and oenology. He had wonderful recommendations for lunch after Hearst Castle. For the wine portion of the tour, Lars took us to three of his favorite vineyards. Each vineyard and winery gave us a unique and diverse experience of the local offerings. Each winery highlighted unique wines and practices that were representative of Paso Robles’ distinct wine-growing micro climates. I could tell that Lars had diligently thought out which series of wineries and in what order, would best showcase the special elements of Central Coast wine. I would take this tour again and I recommend you do if you’re a lover of history and superb wines.

Amazing Down to Earth Tour Guide

Lars was an amazing down to earth tour guide, he added so much to the group with his enigmatic personality! He offered great advice on an individual basis for choices to make as well as a history through out. Our group was small enough for us to all interact as well as not get lost in the hubbub and brouhaha of a well soaked in wine crew!!! You can tell that Lars and Kristina have well planned everything out as well as having years of experience with being on both sides of the tourism industry!!! Also, Hearst castle was just an amazing cherry on top, with Zebras in the wild along our drive!

Awesome Wine Tour

My wife and I signed up for a one day wine tasting tour in Paso Robles having little knowledge of the area wineries or of wine in general. Kristina proactively reached out to us the day before the tour, asked some probing questions about the kinds of wines we enjoy and created an awesome tour around that information. The tour bus clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Kristina not only shared her deep wine knowledge as we drove from winery to winery but also arranged an in-depth tour of the first winery we visited. We felt very pampered with the snacks and lunch served. By the end of the day we felt as though we have a new friend in Paso Robles! We highly recommend Toast Tours for their thorough knowledge, attention to detail and awesome hospitality!

Wonderful Experience of Wine Country and Hearst Castle.

My wife and I had never been wine tasting before and we couldn’t have picked a better guide. Lars was absolutely fantastic at listening to our tastes and what we wanted to sample. His plan was well organized and left us with ease of mind knowing that he had our best interests at heart.

Lars was the perfect guide. He is knowledgeable about not only the wine itself, but the vineyard, the climate, and the history behind each one. He made us feel comfortable and gave us tips that would help us enjoy our time even more so.

This tour was better than expected, because Lars had given us a brief history of William Randolph Hearst, how he came into wealth, and how he acquired Hearst Castle. Knowing the background information made the tour that much more enjoyable. He handled the tickets and the schedule for us in Hearst Castle which was another convenience that kept my wife and I 100% satisfied.

We also toured the coastal town of Cambria where Lars provided us a detailed overview of the cuisine and what to expect. This gave us a well informed choice of lunch which was fantastic.

It’s also worth pointing out that because parking in many of these areas can be difficult, having the tour bus made it easy for us to go where we wanted without worry. His pickup instructions were accurate and without pressure.

I would recommend this tour to anyone, the wine connoisseurs, the intermediate, or the first timers.

We will be back.

Lars and Kristina really went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect day in wine country. Kristina worked closely with me to make sure our first trip to Paso Robles was special and unique. The tour took us to wineries that were more off the beaten path which was amazing, I discovered wineries I would of never even heard of and even found some reds I like. ( I was strictly a Chardonnay drinker only before) doing other wine tours In the past toast tours is definitely a step above the rest their attention to detail and personal touches make you feel more like your out with friends instead of just on a bus being herded around like cattle drinking all day. I’d give them 10 stars if I could it was truly a special day. Thank you both for everything!

Central Coast Hearst Castle & Wine Tour from Los Angeles to San Francisco

My mother and I took the Central Coast Hearst Castle & Wine Tour from Los Angeles to San Francisco. Toast Tours put together the package of Amtrak train tickets, a hotel stay in Paso Robles, and the Hearst Castle and winery tastings. Communication throughout the whole thing was great, but the excellent personal service started the moment Lars picked us up from our hotel in Paso Robles. He’s a very personable young man who is obviously passionate about what he does. He gave us a bit of the local history as we made our way to Hearst Castle. The tour van was a nice new vehicle with comfortable seating, and there was a cooler with water bottles. As Lars was telling us about the zebras that still roam the fields from the days of William Randolph Hearst, he coincidentally spotted some and pulled the van over so we could get out and take a better look. After touring the castle, which was amazing, we made our way to the first winery in the beautiful countryside. After our first of 3 tastings, Lars put out a nice spread of cheese, hard salami, and crackers. That was a welcomed surprise as we headed to the second tasting. The first two tastings were prescheduled by Lars but the last one in Tin City was left up to the group to decide. There were breweries and cider distilleries to choose from in case you had had enough wine. Our group chose another winery and I’m glad we did because we got to see a little bit of the process that is involved with making the wines. We had purchased wine along the way and Lars gave us a box for shipping it back. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this small, local company and its tours.

Fantastic Day with Toast Tours!

We only had one full day in Paso Robles so we decided to book a tour to see as much of the area as we could. We couldn’t have chosen a better company or tour. Lars and Christina were amazing. We were the only 2 people booked on the day but Lars happily took us out on our personal one to one tour and even came to pick us up from our hotel. Lars was so knowledgeable of the area and his insights made the journey throughout thoroughly interesting. First stop (after a quick stop to photograph the vistas) was Hearst Castle, stunning on its hilltop retreat – a real treat. Then on to the lovely “village” of Cambria for a spot of lunch stopping off to photograph the Zebras en route. In the afternoon we wound back towards Pas Robles visiting a couple of lovely Wineries – ONX and Red Soles. At both the hosts were so friendly and informative. We even got the opportunity to tour round the vineyard in a golf buggy at ONX. Ending up late afternoon at Tin City sampling American Cider – nothing like our British version – and listening to the local musicians.
A perfect day in the company of Lars who made the experience so memorable.

Fantastic Day with Toast Tours!

What a wonderful trip to Hearst Castle and the wineries in the Paso Robles region. Our driver and guide Lars, of Toast Tours, was so friendly and very knowledgeable. Hearst Castle was amazing, especially the ostentatious swimming pools. The guide at Hearst Castle knew her stuff and we were able to wander around on our own outside after the official tour had finished. After having a pleasant lunch in nearby Cambria, we progressed to the wineries. We visited two, and got a ride round the vineyards at one. Everyone at the wineries was very friendly and we learned so much about the wines produced in the region. We finished at Tin City in Paso Robles – a collection of buildings and barns, each one offering food and drink. We sampled local ciders and it was the end to a very good day. Hats off to Lars who was an amazing guide – he even managed to pull off the road near Hearst Castle where we were able to witness, albeit it from a distance, zebras (descendants of those from the long defunct Hearst Zoo) grazing with cattle on the grassland next to the highway. Thank you Lars and Toast Tours!

a day beautiful was this! Besides Toast Tours (Kristina and Lars) did a great job planning the day, customizing it to our specific requirements and wishes, we – above all – enjoyed their personal guidance, knowledge and presence. What a nice couple is this!

Lars (driver) is an extremely easy going guy with a huge knowledge on the area, history of California and above all: wine! Lars is an extremely skilled tour guide and a gifted storyteller. He is a dedicated and loyal to his customers. You are never in doubt whether he enjoys his job. I can imagine there is usually a lot of fun around Lars as I have enjoyed every single minute traveling with him.

Ask Kristina to handle the dynamics and different wishes in a group of 10 people and she comes up with a number of ideas you have never thought of yourself. We – for example – ended up playing disc golf in a beautiful vineyard. Furthermore, she is excellent in organization, communication and establishing (and obviously maintaining) relations with local entrepreneurs – and, I am absolutely sure, customers as well.

If I could recommend a Hearst Castle & Wine Tour (or any other tour at Toast Tours….)? Absolutely YES!

Fantastic! Highly recommend!

We did a private wine tour and it was fantastic! Kristina was so great to work with in the lead up to the tour, offering plenty of options and answering questions. She not only put together an amazing day for us, she was also our driver and guide – which was awesome as she is very knowledgeable about the area and wine (she is a sommelier as well!). Highly recommend!

What a Great Day!

We booked a personal tour thru Toast Tours recently. Our group has traveled together pretty extensively, with multiple wine tours in Napa and Sonoma. This tour was easily the best we have ever had. What makes it best?
1. Kristina was incredibly organized, professional and passionate. every stop was organized
2. the tour stops were an awesome blend of old school Paso wineries, small and larger wineries. this gave us a great contrast in visits, making each more memorable by comparison to the others
3. the lunch and snacks were excellent
4. Paso Robles wine is a true delight. the scene is laid back and casual, but the wine is as good as you will find anywhere. and so many nuances in terroir.
5. The bus was configured in a way that kept us all engaged, with seats going around the side, vs a standard aisle arrangement.
Thanks Kristina!

Run, don’t walk, to book your tour with Toast Tours

Amazing Experience! We were lucky to have the bus to ourselves and an amazing tour guide that really cared about our experience. Lars tailored our trip on the fly with or feedback, and we can’t say enough good things. Run, don’t walk, to book your tour with Toast Tours. Truly the highlight of our trip!

Great for wine lovers b-day celebrations!

Great experience with Toast Tours! Super reasonable rates/packages. Very accommodating, they
helped us shape our winery visits and made all the appointments. They kept track of all our wine
purchases… GREAT experience with this company! Kristina and Lars are awesome!

What a great, knowledgeable tour company!

This was our first time to Paso Robles and Toast Tours was recommended to us from a local. We initially booked a wine tour for the 8 of us and Kristina was so helpful in planning the whole day for us at some amazing wineries. It was exactly what we wanted…intimate, quaint and of course great wine. Kristina was professional and so knowledgeable about everything wine and the region. We had such a great time we booked Toast Tours again for the next day. Lars picked us up the next morning and took us to a great breakfast spot in Cambria, out to see the elephant seals and finally to Hearst Castle. It was so comfortable, informative and really made our trip. We would all HIGHLY recommend Toast Tours to anyone looking for a tour company in the area. Thank you Kristina and Lars!

Best Wine Tour in Paso Robles

Wine tasting tour

We visited Paso Robles for my sister-in-law’s 50th birthday and booked Toast Tours for the day. Kristina booked perfect wineries and knew exactly where to take our group for a fun day. She planned a picnic lunch for us, and made our day perfect. I was very impressed with her wine knowledge and great conversation with our group.

I highly recommend Toast Tours!!

Lars and Kristina really went above and beyond

Lars and Kristina really went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect day in wine country. Kristina worked closely with me to make sure our first trip to Paso Robles was special and unique. The tour took us to wineries that were more off the beaten path which was amazing, I discovered wineries I would of never even heard of and even found some reds I like. ( I was strictly a Chardonnay drinker only before) doing other wine tours In the last I would really recommend toast tours their attention to detail and personal touches make you feel more like your out with friends instead of just on a bus being herded around like cattle drinking all day. I’d give them 10 stars if I could it was truly a special day.

Toast together winery tour

We had such an amazing day wine tasting with Toast Tours! Kristina is very knowledgeable about everything wine, from regions, soil type, farming, making and tasting. I have a new appreciation for wine!
Toast Tours is very customer oriented. They set up a day where we could meet with the wine makers and see the wine making process. I never had to carry a bottle of wine that I purchased to the vehicle. All the wines were color coded and stored in their bus for us. There was even a power cord available for me when my phone battery went low from taking all the amazing photos. I highly recommend them for you next adventure in Paso Robles.

A lesson about “Terroir”

Lars,
Thank you for giving my wife and I a great tour through Paso Robles. We learned a lot from what you talked about. The wineries that you took us too were great, and we appreciated the stop in Cambria. I really liked that small little town. Thanks, we’ll never forget this.

Wonderful Wine Tour

Our group of 3 had a wonderful time with Kristina. She was very accommodating and gave us a very good introduction about Paso Robles and the wineries that we visited. Would highly recommend this tour and we will probably form a group to go there soon to avail their services again.

Yelp

Memorable wine tour!

We had such a blast with Kristina! We ended up being the only group members for the day tour that covered 4 wineries in Paso Robles. Kristina is super personable, fun and knowledgeable about Paso and wine, and we couldn’t recommend this tour and company enough. We left with great memories, laughs, a few cases of amazing wine (just in time for Thanksgiving) and a deeper appreciation for commercially known and smaller, family owned wineries in Paso. Thanks so much for making our wine tour memorable, Kristina!!

Yelp

Absolutely the best experience!

Lars drove us to Hearst Castle and gave us a great history story on the drive. After our visit to the Castle, he drove us up the road a bit to be able to see the elephant seals on the beach.
Then he took us to 3 wineries where he was very familiar with those who were working there.
We had great wine, he gave us some local history and also he had packaging materials for us to be able to ship our purchased wine home.
Very worth touring with this company!!

Yelp

Great wine tour in Paso Robles

I’m not one to write reviews but I just had to share what an amazing experience my friends and myself had with Toast Tours. I have been on a few wine tours over the years and this was by far one of the best! Our guide, Kristina was so lovely and very informative. She took us to a few wineries that were absolutely stunning and definitely not the usual “tourist” spots. The wine tasting fee was not included but they were responsibility priced and the views were spectacular so didn’t bother us. Thank you so much Toast Tours for the great day and look forward to coming back again soon!

Yelp

Best birthday wine tour – will be back!

I can’t say enough about how much fun we had with Kristina on our wine tour. Celebrating my husband’s 62nd birthday, we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day and kinder person than Kristina. As we drove, she gave us some insight on the wineries we would be visiting. The bus was super nice and comfortable, and we were provided some water, cheese, crackers. and chips. The lunch was amazing. The three wineries that we toured were beautiful and the wine was delicious. Everyone we met was very nice and informative. We are already talking about our next tour and hope to bring some friends and family along to share in the fun. Thank you so much Kristina for an absolutely amazing day.

Yelp

Private Hearst Castle & Wine tour

We arrived in Paso Robles seeking a special experience that would give us a true taste of wine country. Our Toast Tour exceeded our high expectations. Lars (our tour guide) shared his knowledge of the Hearst Castle, the history of the area, and wine in a way that captivated our interest. In addition to the Hearst Castle, our group of eight visited two distinct wineries and squeezed in an olive oil tasting. We also lunched by the sea, enjoying local delicacies from an excellent food truck. The vineyards we visited were thoughtfully selected by Lars and his wife, with the intention of helping us experience the distinct vineyard varieties of the area. Both were fabulous. In fact, our entire tour was fabulous.

We are grateful to Toast Tours for helping make our trip one we will all remember — with smiles — for years to come.

Yelp

Great wine tour by Toast Tours

Toast Tours is highly recommended by our family. Kristina was the consummate host from the moment we booked graciously answering questions and inquires about the scope of the tour and even sharing tips for local dining and logistics in Paso Robles, to the the final drop off the evening completing our tour. She is easy and fun to talk with and was able to recognize the most appropriate wineries for our family. She made the Paso Robles Wineries experience memorable and enlightening. The lunches (included with our tour) were delicious and locally sourced (not to mention the much needed tasty snacks throughout the day of touring wineries and wine tastings). The whole experience was well planned and executed by Toast Tours.

Yelp

Great tour with a boutique company

This tour was a blast! Lars was so knowledgeable about wine, and the history of the art, as well as the history of Hearst castle! He was so friendly, and we felt in really good hands. After our tour of the castle was done, he took us to Cambria, where he pointed us in the direction of the best places to eat. Then we headed back to wine country, where we were able to visit 2 wonderful wineries, one of which took us out on an ATV and an actual tour of the winery! Then when we were back on the lovely air conditioned bus, he had a beautiful assortment of cheeses for us to snack on, that totally hit the spot. Then he took us to Tin city, and pointed us in the direction of great winery tasting rooms, as well as this delicious creamery! This tour not only met my expectations, it hit a home run out of the ballpark! I also LOVE that it is a small, privately owned company with a beautiful family atmosphere. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Yelp

Highly Recommend Toast Tours!

I randomly found ToastTours in my search for a fun experience in the area for my SIL bachelorette party. And let me tell you, this was the best find. I worked closely with Kristina for weeks to coordinate the day, which included 3 wine tours and a lunch picnic, for 13 ladies. That is no easy task. Kristina was incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and a treat to work with. She broke down the prices for transportation..the lunch..and tastings.

On the day, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. She took care of everything. Water and cheese and crackers were provided, as well as several types of charges for phones. The buss was very comfortable as well.

The day was a hit for all 13 ladies and a huge part goes to ToastTours. Highly recommend them!

Best wine tour I’ve ever been on

This has to be hands down one of the best wine tours I’ve ever been on. The guide that’s what made the tour also the buss it had seats that were so comfy and they weren’t like a typical buss and the food was delicious as well as the wine lol. We had so much fun on the drive I can’t wait to go back. Lars my friend like I said this was a 10 star tour but since I can’t give 10 I give you 5, the max I can give. I can’t wait to come back. Made my vacation!!! Until next time.

Yelp

TEN stars for Toast Tours

I wish I could leave TEN stars for Toast Tours!!

Five stars are not enough to give Kristina of Toast Tours for her assistance and care this past Saturday in putting together a memorable day of wine tasting in celebration of my husband’s 60th birthday.

We had planned to celebrate my husband’s birthday in Alaska but due to the covid-19 virus we had to cancel it. We thought we would need to shelter in place and may celebrate later in the year. About two weeks ago we started to hear of a few wineries opening up with strict safety guidelines. After receiving a few more emails from wineries announcing that they were opening too, we decided to try to book a quick getaway. I contacted Kristina to ask her about possibly taking us and two other couples around for a day of wine tasting and she got right to work on putting together an itinerary.

I won’t go into details, but we had very specific needs and wineries we wanted to visit. For this reason, we needed to go back and forth with emails and phone calls to get the right combination of our requests met. Kristina was absolutely wonderful and patient working through all of larger to smaller details of our last minute tour.

The day of the tour went as smooth as could be. Kristina arrived on time and all of the appointments she made with the wineries were just as described and expected. We had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We feel that Kristina has the knowledge of the wineries to book a tour that won’t disappoint. We also feel that Kristina takes it upon herself to go that extra step to be personally involved with you and your group so that you don’t just have a driver driving you around from winery to winery, you have a caring friend with you.

We will use Kristina at Toast tours again in the future for sure.

Thank you for making our day so memorable, Kristina!!!

Yelp

One of the most fantastic tours I have ever been on!

Toast tours was one of the most fantastic tours I have ever been on. Lars was a wonderful host. He took us to beautiful and delicious wineries. This tour exceeded all of my expectations. Amazing!

Yelp

This surpassed all our expectations

This was my first time wine tasting in Paso and knew there are a lot of good wineries. After speaking with Kristina over the phone, she was attentive, knowledgeable and took in account what my preferences were. In blind faith, I went with her recommendations and she hit it out of the park!

Her husband Lars was our guide and his knowledge of wine, the area and his great personality made the tour for us. We visited 4 wineries and had the opportunity to meet every wine maker and owners of the vineyards. This surpassed all our expectations and we will definitely use Toast Tours again when visiting Paso. Thank you Toast Tours!

Absolutely would recommend!

My husband and I had a great time on our tour! Kristina and Lars had wonderful food and accommodations for us on the van.

The van was clean and comfortable. We were very happy with the wineries that were selected for us to visit and we felt that we got the full experience.
