We’ll schedule a consultation (via phone, email, or text) to learn about your group’s preferences, such as your preferred wine styles, ambiance, experiences offered, budget and more.
Each itinerary is thoughtfully customized based on your specific preferences—whether that’s wine style, ambiance, type of experience, or the mix of wineries, distilleries, breweries, and local activities you’re looking to explore.
We’re also happy to incorporate any specific places you have in mind, depending on availability.
Based on the consultation, we’ll send you a list of wineries that match your preferences, along with suggested timing and logistics for the day. We’ll also take into account your desired pickup and drop-off times, the number of wineries you’d like to visit, and any other important details specific to your day.
We’ll contact wineries to confirm availability for your group and make all the reservations on your behalf, including any specific wineries you want to visit (depending on availability).
Once we’ve confirmed availability, we’ll provide detailed itinerary options for you to choose from.
After you select your preferred itinerary, we’ll finalize everything and send you a confirmed schedule, including the times of the reservations, planned pickup/drop-off times and all other important details, so all you need to do is enjoy your day!

Keep in mind that California has a strict DUI policy. After a day of wine tasting it is likely you will not legally be able to drive. It takes the average person approximately 1 hour to metabolize one alcoholic beverage. Even with tasting sizes being smaller than a glass, they add up quickly!

Availability is subject to change. Especially during peak seasons and weekends, some wineries and experiences may book up quickly. We recommend confirming your itinerary planning service as early as possible to secure your preferred stops.
Final itinerary depends on group size and preferences. Some wineries have specific policies for large groups, families, or certain celebration types (bachelorette, birthday, etc.).
Our goal is to create an itinerary that’s a perfect fit for you. To ensure smooth planning and coordination, we allow one complimentary revision after your reservations have been confirmed. To help us get everything just right from the start, please provide as much relevant information as possible during the initial planning phase. If additional changes are requested beyond the included revision, a modification fee of $50 per additional round of changes will apply.
We do not receive commissions from wineries. All recommendations are made with your experience in mind, not based on affiliate partnerships.

Wear comfortable shoes and bring layers as the weather is subject to sudden changes. Often, the coastal weather can be cool with some fog and the afternoons can be much warmer with lots of sunshine. It’s also a good idea to bring sunscreen.
Please let us know in advance if you’re planning to bring children. Children of all ages are welcome on the tour though drinking alcohol is not permitted for those under the age of 21.
Be sure to let us know in advance if you’re bringing your furry friend(s) so we can plan stops that are dog-friendly.
If you have specific wineries you do or do not wish to visit, please let us know when you are booking your tour so we can take them into consideration.
All sales are final. Once payment is received, the itinerary planning service is confirmed and non-refundable.

We really wish we could! But there is no way to provide sufficient insurance in this scenario – and believe us, we’ve tried.
Your personal car insurance will not provide coverage if your car is being driven commercially by one of our drivers. (It is considered commercial the moment money is exchanged for services).
There also isn’t any commercial insurance policy that will cover someone else driving your car commercially.
We do have a general liability policy which covers operations outside of your vehicle, however we feel this is insufficient since there would be no additional coverage, including comprehensive or collision coverage, since your personal policy becomes invalid.
Given this, we don’t feel comfortable putting you or our drivers at risk.
However, we provide tours & transportation in our own fleet of comfortable, spacious & fully-insured private vehicles for all group sizes – so get in touch today to get more information!
