We provide prompt, door-to-door service, picking you up right at your home, hotel, or vacation rental and delivering you directly to the fairgrounds, no parking or long walks required.

Travel comfortably in our clean, climate-controlled SUVs, Sprinter vans, or spacious shuttles, all driven by professional, fully licensed, and insured drivers.

You pay hourly (5 hour minimum) based on the actual hours used, so if plans change on the night of, and you want to extend your time, there’s no need to stress.

Guests 21 and over are welcome to bring their own drinks onboard, and we provide chilled bottled water and coolers to keep your beverages fresh. Booking is simple with upfront pricing based on your group size and hours.

Event tickets NOT included. 

As long as we have not received the deposit, the transportation is not confirmed and your requested date will not be held.

For cancellations made more than 14 days before the day of your transportation (336 hours before 12.01am the day of planned initial departure) the $200.00 or 20% deposit will be held. Any cancellations with less than 14 days before the day of your transportation you will be charged the full amount of the transportation at the quoted hourly rate and the minimum number of hours for that day.

We understand that plans can change quickly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible. That said, vehicles tend to book up, and our drivers often make other arrangements when not scheduled in advance, so the earlier you book, the better, especially during busy times.

We are happy to pick you up from your hotel or accommodation anywhere within a 100 mile radius of Paso Robles.

There is an additional fee for pickups over 15 miles from downtown Paso Robles.

Round-trip service is our standard offering, and it’s the best value due to our 5-hour minimum booking requirement. One-way transportation is available, but please note it’s often not cost-effective unless combined with other services or activities. Please reach out with your details, and we’ll help you find the best option for your group.
