Upload Driver's Daily Log (DDL)
If you’re not within the 12 hours or the 100 mile air-radius on a workday, you’re still legal as long as it doesn’t happen more than 8 times out of a 30-day period. You can drive 10 hours per day and work 15 hours per day. Breaks count as time off – so your total day can be more than 15 hours. Whenever you do a log (DDL) you must play by these rules:
• Time Off Duty before start of the day: 8 hours.
• Maximum time driving per day: 10 hours.
• Maximum time On-Duty per day: 15 hours.
• Mark your pre-trip and post-trip as On Duty (not driving).
• All drivers must rest for at least 10 minutes after every 4 hours and take one 30-minute meal break after every 5 hours.
• No more than 60 hours on duty over seven consecutive days or 70 hours on duty over 8 consecutive days.
• Authorized government inspectors may check your logs at any time. You must have a log for each day of the last 8 days that you were required to log (you might have been under an exception on some of those days).
• The current day’s log must be current to your last change of duty status. Inspectors check your logs to see if you have violated the hours-of-service regulations. Violations of the hours-of-service regulations can result in being fined and/or placed out of service.

Tour Summary
Examples of info to include:
Any interesting facts about the group that will help you remember them next time (where they're from, stories they told, etc.)?
Even when we have a great click with a group, we can forget a lot and some good notes will help you if they return and request you again.
Did guests purchase wine/sign-up for club anywhere?
Were they big buyers or just a bottle here and there?
Did they respond to a certain wine style?
We don't need to know exactly what bottles they bought, but if you noticed that they're only open to a wine being good if it's a 'Cab Sauv or Pinot', that's good to know. Or if they love trying new varieties, that's good to know too!
Were they budget conscious when it came to wines being purchased?
Did they respond to brand names or off the beaten path wineries? Or both?
Did they respond to certain experiences/ambiance?
How was the itinerary?
Do the guests taste more leisurely or were they quick tasters?
Did guests like the wineries?
Do you think they want more casual experiences or more luxury experiences?
How were the experiences at the wineries?
Any wineries you suggested to them? If so, please include those wineries in your tour summary. If you didn't suggest any wineries to them, please include if there are any wineries that would be a good fit for their next visit and why.
Were they celebrating something we didn't know about previously?
Any additional comments?
