What's the Difference Between Full Itinerary Planning and an Itinerary Consultation?

At Toast Tours, we provide more than just transportation.

For guests who don’t want to plan their own itinerary, we offer a sommelier-trained wine country concierge who helps plan each itinerary to ensure that each guest’s day is perfectly tailored to their tastes.

For larger groups, we offer two types of services to help plan the perfect wine country experience: Itinerary Consultation and Full Itinerary Planning. Here’s how they differ:

Itinerary Consultation

Included with Every Tour

With every tour, we offer a complimentary Itinerary Consultation to help personalize your experience. Here’s how it works:

Personalized Recommendations: After your tour is confirmed, we’ll schedule a consultation (via phone, email, or text) to learn about your group’s preferences, such as your preferred wine styles, ambiance, experiences offered, budget and more.

Tailored Winery Suggestions: Based on the consultation, we’ll send you a list of wineries that match your preferences, along with suggested timing and logistics for the day. We’ll also take into account your desired pickup and drop-off times, the number of wineries you’d like to visit, and any other important details specific to your day.

Reservation Information: We’ll include details on tasting fees, group policies, and how to make your own reservations at the specific wineries recommended.

What’s Not Included: We don’t contact wineries to check availability or make reservations for you.

Full Itinerary Planning

Add-On Service for Larger Groups, included for groups up to 6 guests

For a hands-off, stress-free experience, we offer Full Itinerary Planning, where we take care of everything. Here’s what you get:

All of the Itinerary Consultation Benefits: You’ll receive personalized recommendations tailored to your group.

We Handle Reservations: We’ll contact wineries to confirm availability for your group and make all the reservations on your behalf, including any specific wineries you want to visit (depending on availability).

Custom Itinerary Proposals: Once we’ve confirmed availability, we’ll provide detailed itinerary options for you to choose from.

Finalized Itinerary: After you select your preferred itinerary, we’ll finalize everything and send you a confirmed schedule, including the times of the reservations, planned pickup/drop-off times and all other important details, so all you need to do is enjoy the tour!

With Full Itinerary Planning, all you have to do is sit back and relax while a knowledgeable and connected wine country concierge does all the work for you and sets up the perfect itinerary start to finish.
